Here at Secret Eyes Everywhere, we hear the good, the bad, and the ugly of customer service daily.
Yet, when it comes to the number of unhappy customers who have received poor customer service, one thing sticks out: Is your social media account keeping you from receiving great customer service?
This simple question was brought to our attention through a recent complaint. A customer contacted us after receiving poor treatment at a restaurant. Angered by the lack of support from the business, the customer went into details as to what occurred. After exploring the issue and aiding the customer’s request, Secret Eyes noticed some distinctively questionable images and phrases posted on the customer’s account. By questionable we mean illegal drugs, guns, explicit language, and/or images. We wondered if this caused the customer the company response they desired.
