Every one has experienced it, an absolutely horrible customer service experience, but some say their willing to pay for great customer service. Would you?

Everyone has experienced it- an absolutely horrible customer service experience.

Yet, companies are more focused on the bottom line and less on the end user- the customer.

Today many companies are practicing more automatic/ impersonal customer service protocols; and are less concerned with making an actual connection with their customers. This practice has become all too common.

Consider the Nationwide Insurance Company commercial which exemplifies this point. The customer was so used to being treated as a “non-person” that the idea of being treated as such eventually became normal to him. Normal? Really?

After reviewing the number of unhappy customers out there, Secret Eyes wants to know would you be willing to pay for stellar customer service? At what cost?
